I had been a loyal customer to Hi-Tech Automotive for over ten years at the Fort Avenue location and very convemient to my neighborhood. So, happy it remained an auto repair shop. Recently I had the opportunity to meet the new owner/mechanics while taking my car in for a state inspection, and glad they were thorough. Even though a couple of things were found that failed it, they were able to get all the parts within a couple of days, and glad I could wait on it. Everyone is very friendly and glad Tony still mans the front desk. The only minor thing is, and I know our "snowcrete" weather has stuck around for way too long, but maybe have disposable mats for those inclement weather days! Otherwise, I would highly recommend Wrench Tree, and understand they have a Forest location as well. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Josh and his crew are more than mechanics or technicians; they're magicians. I had my Chrysler 300C towed to Wrench Tree because the dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. It took a bit but not only were they able to diagnose the problems that others had tried to fix and failed, but Josh did more than just fix my car. He took the time to explain why all the dash lights were on, the history of the codes they found, and what they needed to do to fix it. The result was me driving off their lot in what felt like a new car, and it's 20 years old! Wrench Tree has my business for life!

Super happy to have found Joshua & Mark at WrenchTree. I have an old 2003 Chevy Trailblazer with nearly 300k miles on it. I was having some issues with it and they did a full inspection to see what the problem might be. They documented the issues with photos and didn't mind talking through with me each point and helping me weigh options. I was at a cross-roads between deciding to buy a newer vehicle or fix the old TB. Joshua gave me a full estimate write up and then didn't pressure me at all about a decision one way or the other. In the end, I decided to fix the TB. Not only was the pricing fair but the work was done in a day (some major fixes like headgasket) and my TB runs like a champ again! So so so so happy I have mechanics who will listen, explain, and work with me toward the best solution for me. And the icing on the cake: Their customer service is top-notch from start to finish!
